Our Community Commitment

Help Mitra India LLP aims to maintain a respectful, transparent and responsible community environment. These guidelines apply to members, representatives, partners and other persons participating in the Help Mitra India LLP community or using its digital platforms.

1. Purpose of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour expected from members and representatives when interacting with other members, Help Mitra India LLP staff, representatives and the organisation's digital platforms.

The objective is to encourage respectful communication, genuine community participation, responsible referrals and safe handling of membership and assistance-related information.

2. Respectful Behaviour

Every member is expected to:

  • Treat other members, staff and representatives respectfully.
  • Communicate honestly and professionally.
  • Respect personal boundaries and privacy.
  • Avoid abusive, threatening or insulting language.
  • Respect different opinions, backgrounds and circumstances.
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification procedures.

3. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Fraud and deception are prohibited.

Members must not submit fake documents, create false medical claims, manipulate payment records, misuse another person's identity or attempt to obtain membership or assistance through deception.

4. Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, current and complete information during membership registration, payment, identity verification and assistance requests.

  • Do not provide false personal details.
  • Do not hide material information intentionally.
  • Do not upload altered or forged documents.
  • Update important information when reasonably required.

5. Health Information & Medical Claims

Members must not exaggerate, fabricate or manipulate health-related information for the purpose of obtaining community assistance.

Medical reports, bills, prescriptions and other health documents must be genuine and must relate to the person and event for which they are submitted.

Help Mitra India LLP does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Members should consult qualified medical professionals for medical advice.

6. Community Assistance Requests

Members requesting community support should provide genuine information and cooperate with the verification process.

Members must not:

  • Submit the same false or inflated expense multiple times.
  • Hide relevant information about the assistance request.
  • Pressure staff or other members to approve an ineligible request.
  • Promise another member that assistance is guaranteed.
  • Use another person's documents or identity without lawful authority.

7. No Guaranteed Assistance Claims

Important: Members and representatives must not tell another person that membership guarantees a particular hospital payment, fixed amount, insurance claim, medical reimbursement or guaranteed financial benefit.

Any eligible assistance is subject to the applicable Eligibility & Assistance Policy, verification, available community resources and applicable law.

8. Referral ID Rules

Referral IDs may be used to identify the member through whom a new applicant joined the community.

Members must not:

  • Use another member's Referral ID without permission.
  • Claim another person's referral activity as their own.
  • Promise guaranteed income or financial returns through referrals.
  • Misrepresent the services or benefits of Help Mitra India LLP.
  • Use spam, deceptive advertising or misleading messages to obtain referrals.

9. Representative Conduct

Authorised representatives are expected to communicate accurately and must not make promises that are not officially supported.

Representatives must not:

  • Present Help Mitra India LLP as an insurance company.
  • Promise guaranteed hospital or medical payments.
  • Collect money without authorisation.
  • Issue unauthorised receipts or documents.
  • Request OTPs, UPI PINs, ATM PINs or passwords.
  • Misuse member documents or personal information.
  • Threaten or pressure members into making payments.

10. Cash Payment Safety

If cash payment is permitted, members should pay only to an authorised Help Mitra India LLP representative, verify the representative's name and Referral ID where applicable, and obtain a valid receipt.

Members should immediately report suspicious payment requests or unauthorised collection activity to Help Mitra India LLP.

11. Digital Payment Safety

Members should use only the official payment instructions provided by Help Mitra India LLP.

  • Never share UPI PIN.
  • Never share ATM PIN.
  • Never share internet banking passwords.
  • Never share OTP with a representative.
  • Verify payment details before making a payment.
  • Keep the payment receipt and UTR/transaction reference.

12. Privacy & Personal Information

Members must respect the privacy of other members and must not collect, publish, sell or misuse another person's personal information without lawful authority.

Member information, Aadhaar documents, medical records, phone numbers, addresses and payment details must not be shared publicly or used for unapproved purposes.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on or through the platform:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud.
  • Identity theft or impersonation.
  • Fake membership applications.
  • Fake medical or payment documents.
  • Harassment, threats or intimidation.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct.
  • Unauthorised collection of money.
  • Spam or misleading promotional activity.
  • Unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Attempting to manipulate membership, referral or assistance records.
  • Any activity that violates applicable law.

14. Communication Guidelines

When communicating through WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone or other channels, members should use respectful and truthful language.

Do not repeatedly contact, threaten, abuse or harass another member, representative or staff member.

Official communications should not be altered and then presented as official Help Mitra India LLP communications.

15. Social Media & Public Promotion

Members may share information about Help Mitra India LLP only in a truthful and responsible manner.

Members must not publish misleading claims such as:

  • "Guaranteed hospital payment."
  • "Guaranteed insurance claim."
  • "Guaranteed monthly income."
  • "Guaranteed return on membership fee."
  • Any other promise that is not officially authorised.

16. Children's Safety

Members should not upload or share a child's personal information, identity documents or medical information unless they have the lawful authority and the information is genuinely required for the relevant purpose.

17. Conflict Resolution

Members are encouraged to raise complaints or concerns through the official Help Mitra India LLP contact channels rather than using threatening, abusive or defamatory communication.

Where appropriate, the organisation may review the issue, request supporting information and communicate the outcome through the registered contact details.

18. Reporting Misconduct

Members can report suspected fraud, unauthorised payment collection, impersonation, harassment or other serious misconduct to Help Mitra India LLP.

Please provide as much relevant information as possible, such as the member/representative name, Referral ID, mobile number, transaction details, screenshots or other supporting evidence where available.

19. Action for Violations

Depending on the seriousness of a violation, Help Mitra India LLP may take one or more appropriate actions, subject to applicable law:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Request correction of information.
  • Restrict access to certain platform features.
  • Hold an application or assistance request for verification.
  • Suspend membership.
  • Terminate membership.
  • Restrict representative/referral activity.
  • Report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

20. Appeals & Review

Where a member believes that an action was taken incorrectly, the member may contact Help Mitra India LLP and provide relevant information for review.

A review request does not automatically suspend an action already taken and does not guarantee that the decision will be changed.

21. Insurance Disclaimer

Help Mitra India LLP is not an insurance company.

Members and representatives must not describe the membership platform as health insurance, life insurance, accident insurance or any other insurance product.

22. Relationship With Other Policies

These Community Guidelines should be read together with:

If there is any conflict between these guidelines and a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

23. Changes to These Guidelines

Help Mitra India LLP may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in services, community standards, technology, internal procedures or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page.

25. Acceptance

By registering as a member, using the Help Mitra India LLP platform, participating in the community, referring another person or submitting an assistance request, the user agrees to follow these Community Guidelines and the other applicable policies of Help Mitra India LLP.
